Accept license agreement and Click OK

Open DNS Manager on your Active Directory server and right-click on your domain, select Other New Records…

Next, we will create 3 additional A records. Each one points to your Lync server as shown in image below

Go to Start > Lync Server Topology Builder. We will now begin defining our Lync Topology.
Select [New Topology] Click Ok
Save your topology with any name
Enter your SIP domain name
Click Next
Enter your site name and description. Click Next
Enter City, State and Country Information or leave blank.
Click Next

Define the New Front End pool. Click Next
Since this is a Standard Installation, the FQDN will be your Lync server. Select “Standard Edition.”

You need to manually create this network share and give rights to EVERYONE as the wizard will not do this for you. I have created the share on the root of C:\. Created a folder called “Share” Go to properties of the folder and give full access to Everyone:

Uncheck [Associate pool with an Office Web Apps Server] Click Finish
Click Action –> Edit Properties
Scroll down to Administrative access URL and enter https://admin.icracy.com (substituting for your own settings). Select your Front-End Server to install the Central Management Server on as well.
Publish Topology: Click on Action –> Publish Topology –> Next –> Finish

Open “Deployment Wizard” and click on Install or Update Lync Server System.
In this step, we’ll get the Lync components installed, request and assign certificates, and start the Lync services.
Click Run

This process will take several minutes to complete.

Setup or remove Lync Server Components, this would install the Lync Components defined in the topology.
Click Run.

User must have RTCUniversalServerAdmins group privileges to Request, Install or Assign Certificates as shown in image below.

Open Services MMC Console to make sure all Lync services are running. Reboot your machine
